"I was just hoping for something edible as I drove through Holbrook, and I find this gem?! Oh my lord the ribs. And everybody was so nice, especially Big Fella. Will stop here on all my trips south."

"I’ve had BBQ all over the country and this was delicious! Road tripping through and stopped here, definitely worth it! Looks like they are remodeling a little so I can’t wait to stop in some other time. My husband and I got different plates and both the brisket and pork were so tender and perfect flavored. Very homemade taste and feeling, even my kids liked it! We got collard greens and Mac cheese, also delicious! Very friendly service as well!"

"Incredibly fresh meat in the middle of nowhere—truly grateful I found this place. I ordered the pulled pork and brisket, and both were perfectly moist and flavorful. The barbecue sauce was delicious and complemented the meat beautifully. A great stop and well worth it."

"Delicious bbq. Exceptional grill master. All the meats were moist and full of flavor. All the sides seem like just boring bbq items, but they were all so tasty. I really like the green beans. They sell out most days, so get there early. It is also very hard to find. Look for the huge old pow wow trading post sign on the corner."

"Popped off the highway while traveling through to check this place out after reading the reviews and boy are we glad we did! Had the pork ribs and collard greens. They were fire! Stellar food and the owner was so pleasant. I only wish for big things for him. The world needs to eat his food!!!! He knows a thing or 2 about gooood BBQ! If we ever get back this way we will definitely be stopping in. And if you ever get to the Sacramento area you'll have a place to stay with us.... bring ribs!!!"

"First thing to say- do not let the outside of the building to deter you from going inside. The inside is much nicer, and they are in the process of renovating half the inside. The owner smokes and makes all the food himself. The beef brisket and the pork ribs were very good. The collard greens are incredible. The mac and cheese is as good as it gets. It's paper plates and plastic silverware, the prices are reasonable and the portions are large. We are now rethinking our travel plans to go through here as often as possible!"

"Brisket is smoky and very flavorful. Absolutely delicious mac & cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. We definitely go back but sadly, I’m just driving through. Definitely recommend."

"Truck driver here. Great tasting BBQ friendly and courteous service. Brisket was delicious. Had a nice smoke ring. Wonderful flavor and tender. Mac and cheese was amazing. There’s parking for your rig across the street behind the corral."
